Nedbank Pathetic Service!!!

I have been banking with another bank for almost 3 years not a single issue but upon hearing how much points and benefits Nedbank offers I decided to give them a try and to date this was the worst mistake I have made in life thus far. I won't ever recommend the bank to anyone not even my worst enemy. Opened the account with Nedbank very early in January 2024 and from the second week started experiencing problems mainly the account being restricted everytime someone made a payment to me or if I made a deposit into the account. Went into the branch they said it was fica related they then verified my documents again in January and a week later account blocked again said pending activation, I called in got it sorted and 2 weeks later it happened again blocked pending activation. Went into the branch they said everything is fine their side and they managed to reactivate the account within a few minutes without me giving anymore information to them, and everything worked okay for about 3 weeks and then it blocked again pending activation yet again. Fast forward and 2 days ago my account got blocked again out of the blue pending activation I called in as I was stranded as I needed to buy food then throw in fuel and had to hear my card declined checked the app account blocked pending activation and I had to ask someone to come help me out and felt embarrassed for this. Anyway went into the branch yesterday and today they kept saying within an hour it will be right and guess what....it's still blocked pending activation and Nedbank staff tells me they do not know why, so for now I must sit knowing there's money in my account I cannot access it and I need to borrow money from people to get by until they 1 day figure out how to sort my account out!!! Effing path3tic service from this bank and their staff and I say staff in general because I'm yet to encounter a staff of theirs that goes above an beyond to assist a client.
