Nedbank - PATHETIC

I was told that I was approved for a personal loan, the only step left was to accept the offer and the funds will be deposited into my account. I accepted the offer and the agent told me within 2 days the funds will be in my account.

After 2 days I found that the application declined at payout level.

How is this even possible???
