Nedbank pathetic disgusting customer service

I submitted a complaint but still no response. You are advertising an app that customers cant even use and not willing to assist. A simple thing of resetting a username with nedbank is like finding a cure for corona. Nedbank customer service is extremely disgusting mean while your adverts are selling a dream I even ran out of airtime calling nedbank who keeps transferring me 6 times with no assistance having to explain the same **** over and over
