NEDBANK PATHETIC

Nedbank has the most pathetic customer service that I have ever received!!!!! We need to order a new garage card we went into the branch they say we must phone. We have been holding on for 50 minutes no one is answering. Is this how you treat your customers??????? I want to close my cheq account I phoned they said I must go to the branch I went to the branch they said I must phone ***. This is really pathetic. I can see why I left to go to FNB and so many other people. I actually don't even have words of how PATHETIC Nedbank has become. Only reason why you have high call volumes is because everybody tries to close their accounts. You are committed to nothing. Never seen this in my life before. Please change the message system and tell the truth!!!!!!!
