Nedbank Pall Mall - Horrific service

Disgusting service from Annelize Clark (Nedbank Paarl Mall) who I reported to the Branch Manager. Even after reporting her to the BM, she persisted with with the appalling service.

This is the same branch that has a picture of my mother on their walls - not for long though as she will be closing her investment and account with them very soon.

Shame on you Annelize Clark.......Gil-Shan, thank you very much for your assistance and patience ma'am.
