Nedbank paid up letter

I had a Nedbank credit card and I paid the account in Dec 14th when asking for the paid up letter I'm being sent from pillar to post which is negatively affecting my credit profile. They have confirmed receiving the payment and closing the account but they are not issuing the paid up letter.
