Nedbank paid-up credit card in 2019 still appears on bureau

Good day. I have paid-up my credit card with Nedbank in 2019 but my account is still listed on Transunion, they never updated my account information. Kindly email me a paid-up letter and send a request to Transunion to update my information asap. Refnr:***.
