Nedbank Overdraft

I open an overdrafts with Nedbank and wanted to pay it off and closed, went to the branch and was told to contact the over draft toll line which I spent over an hour calling without luck and gave up.

I later was advised by one of the consultants that I can also cancel and over draft via an app ofwhich I did and I got an email from nedbank that I will be attended to within 1 business day and that was last week. I am still waiting to be attended to till this day.

Instead of the overdraft being cancelled, it gets re activated again ☹️☹️. I recently was contacted by one of the nedbank sales assistant and I told the person that I want to cancel the overdraft, he transferred the call to the overdraft department, one of the overdraft consultants picked up the call finally… after I mentioned that I wanted to cancel the overdraft, he hung up the call.

Bare in mind ,I’m told that I can only close the overdraft product over a phone call.

I am feeling ****med right now and even considering stop using this bank, worst service ever, if I could … I would rate you a negative .
