Nedbank outsources estate to FDP Administration.

We received extremely bad service from the Nedbank outsourced Company FDP Administration, with the administration of an estate which pending now for nearly 3 years. FDP officials and the officials in Nedbank ignore all our correspondence now for a week. FDP is very arrogant and verbally and written abusive and it seems that Nedbank now excepting that. The only way now seems to expose this malpractice to the media.
