Nedbank OTP rules ridiculous for customers!
I am going to be living and working in the UK for 6 months and need my 'Approve It' or OTP changed to e-mail. Nedbank customer care (call centre) informs me this is not possible and I must have roaming on to allow for the 'accept' thing to run. This is RIDICULOUS. Do you have any idea what it would cost me to keep my SA phone number on international roaming for six months, for no other reason but to accommodate Nedbank's silly laws?

How is it that other banks (FNB and Standard Bank) will allow you to change your OTP to e-mail, and Nedbank can't accommodate this situation?! How is it that this is not OUR CHOICE as customers to make, whether the notification is sent via SMS or e-mail? How is it that Nedbank can offer me NO OTHER possible option for this to be viable, other than to have my phone number set to roaming??

Infuriating!
