Nedbank or Finacial services board.

I want to Pay my personal loan that I have with Nedbank. And after numerous emails to their contact centre no avail. They obviously working against the regulations of the FSB board. I can`t take phone calls as I am out of the country. So hopefully an employee at the financial institution will read this.
