Nedbank online SAA voyager credit card appliction

I app**** for a credit card with Nedbank on the 18.06.2019, i have not received a response after 8 working days of submission. I have called the call center, and i spoke to someone who told me that the application was only processed on the 20th, and he is not sure when it will be finalised. Even government departments respond quicker than Nedbank. The lack of communication and the cumbersome processes demonstrate a lackluster approach to serving customers.
