Nedbank online loan department has the worst service in the world

I'm very disappointed in the service I have received at nedbank online loans. I app**** on my app and I was advised that an agent will contact me every time they call me back they offline this has been going on for 2 weeks now. I have a feeling they just don't want to assist me. I have changed my salary to nedbank this will be my first month. I regret doing so it is just a pity after the great service I have received at the Glen Acres branch in kempton park. The lady that assisted me in opening my account is a great asset to your company wish everyone else could be as helpful. You guys can learn alot from the Glen Acres team in kempton park Glen Marais. I would love it if they could be acknowledged, but as far your loan department team I regret opening an account with Nedbank. Can you please provide me with feedback regarding this.
