Nedbank online frustration

Nedbank on-line banking. I rate their system the lowest of the 4 banks that I use. Their system is outdated and not very user friendly. For instance: try adding a beneficiary. If you have used up the measly allocation of the number of beneficiaries then it waits until you've gone through all the hassle of inputting the new beneficiaries details before giving yu an error stating that your allocation is full. Why not say so up front? Then their method of confirmation via message to mobile phone is very erratic and slow when compared to, say Capitec. Takes ages and then if you don't receive the "press 1 to confirm" message it reverts to an sms which can take ages to get through. So rated in order of efficiency: Capitec ABSA Standard Bank Nedbank - last. Be prepared to get frustrated.
