Nedbank online credit card devision

The level of service provided by the nedbank online credit card devision is the worst i have ever received from a financial institution as a client. Being sent from pillar to post , spoken to 4 people none of which have been able to assist me or give me feed back at the very least. I am so disappointed at the level of service .
