Nedbank online credit card application

I app**** for a nedbank credit card on 11/11/2018 online, and I received an SMS that it was approved and I must send my ID document and proof of income, which I did and received an email confirming that they received my documents and will be contacting me within 24 hours I have been waiting for 72 hours now, no phone call or email explaining to me what's going on, I called their call center and no one was able to tell me what's going on, this is the worst service ever.
