Nedbank Online Banking Site Error

After multiple complaints to Nedbank about their online banking, it remains unchanged. When their site is down, they actually tell you that the details you are entering are incorrect. However, the details I'm entering are correct, but the site itself is down. After a nightmare experience at the Stellenbosch branch earlier this year, in which it took 5 employees four hours to resolve a pretty simple query (which actually they didn't resolve!), and in which time they managed to wipe out my profile (and then build it again), when someone in the know (read able and capable) came to assist, it took about 5 minutes. Honestly, Nedbank, you need to do better! If it wasn't such a mission to change banks with this particular account, Nedbank would be history to me! Absolutely USELESS. There is no other way to describe the bank.
