Nedbank Old Mutual Trust & Deceased Estates

When my parents passed away on July/August 2021, I was nominated as the Exexutor of their estate. As I am not resident in SA, I appointed Nedbank Old Mutual Trust to manage the late estates on behalf of the family. Well, that was the biggest mistake ever, 2 1/2 years later, 5 different estate officers and we are no further along than when they started. I had prepared most of the documentation for Nedbank, but needless to say *********** people and a management team, who quiet frankly have no idea…. They have been very quick to deduct their fees from my parents E/L accounts, even though the estates have not been finalised. Pathetic Service and unfortunately a disfunctional department, which simply you cannot trust to manage the any late estate
