Nedbank Officials stole my money

I lost an amount totalled to R3690 from my Nedbank. It looked like someone inside the bank who have access to my personal information stole my money through sending it to the cell number, which I previously send money to, soon they have done that they called the person to send them the money voucher and the pin back to them of which he honestly did. The person who sent the money voucher back the ****mers is based in Durban, and the money was withdrawn in Johannesburg. Here is the number used to call the person to send back the money- ***.

I must indicate that, I’m based in Pretoria, I have never send any money to any one today (31 May2023). I have never given anyone my cellphone today. It looks the Bank is not willing to pay my money as they told me, the investigation will take 4-6weeks. I cannot wait for this period, I need my money back. They are the only people have access to my personal information therefore, this is an inside job, they must deal with it.
