NEDBANK OFFERS SETTLEMENT AMOUNT BUT DONT ALLOW YOU TOO ACTUALLY TAKE THE SETTLEMENT

I am listed on ITC by Nedbank for my credit card, they made my whole balance due my installment. They sent me a message offering 65% discount. I emailed them and called but no one sends the settlement letter. It is as if they just sending the settlement offer to show they did something on their side.
