Nedbank offers no service

As a long-standing client I approached Nedbank for a personal loan in December of last year to date and despite the fact that I jumped through every hoop to provide all they demanded I have never received a result from them, it’s obvious they declined but zero communication regards this is nothing short of deplorable. To add insult to injury on the 30th of March 2021 I submitted a request to open a new banking account, to date I am still waiting to hear from their call Centre to finalize the process, I have sent numerous e mails to the branch asking when this will be finalized and all I have received in response is silence. Absolutely disgusted!
