Nedbank now authorising mandates without my consent

I declined a 1st for women debit check yesterday because the debit order date is wrong - it is before my pay date . Now, I am getting this message from Nedbank. "We have app**** a registered mandate debit order to your account on behalf of FFW INS for ***P0201. Need more information? Call ***." Why give me the option to decline when you're gonna approve debit checks without my consent ? And also, are going to pay for this as the date is before my pay date? You're too forward with my money for a bank...fix this asap!!! Mxm
