Nedbank not willing to assist

Dear Nedbank I app**** for Debt Review and defaulted on 2 months payments (Due to medical bills). You removed me from Debt Review and back to your collections department. I paid my arrears and requested to please have my Debt Review re-instated. I received a letter stating that you refuse to re-instate my Debt Review. After many times calling your collections dept, I am told different versions about my installment. I cannot afford the normal installment. I want to pay my debt, can Nedbank please help me pay this debt. But I cannot afford the original installment, which will eventually lead me to insolvency. Please assist me.
