Nedbank not userfriendly, time to go

Nedbank are by FAR the most useless bank in SA today. This is month end, and all three atm's at the Tzaneen mall are out of order! Why?? actually don't bother with your lame excuses. The way this bank deals with complaints, are.. in a don't care manner. The only bank where you cannot make an atm beneficiary transfer. Because you have to use the app. I don't want your stupid app. I want to use the atm, like I used to with ABSA. I think its time to switch to FNB. at least you can do everything with them, and their atms work.
