Nedbank not uplifting interdicts on judgements on Home Loans.

I am paying monthly and my account is up to date. I sold the house but An interdict was placed on my bond account in March 2008. Negotiations took place and the judgement was removed, but now that I want to sell my property, I find out that the interdict was never lifted. I've been sent from pillar to post. I've been on the phone for hours now, it shouldn't be that difficult to speak to someone who knows what needs to be done. How can this be sorted out?
