Nedbank not updating Credit Bureau

I have a loan account with Nedbank, which was in arrears. Made arrangements, kept all my promises until I paid off all my arrears.<br> What is supper weird is, while I was in arrears, they never skipped a single month without updating credit bureau that my account is in arrears, and they did that timely. But now that it's in good standing, they do not update the status on Bureau.<br> I emailed my complaint to them, but no one even bothered to respond.
