Nedbank not updating any of my payments at any credit bureau in South Africa severely impacting credit score!

Nedbank for the last 5 years has not updated any payments made to my Nedbank account at any credit bureau, which severely impacts my credit score. According to my Transunion (amongs others) credit report all monthly payments are 150+ days in arrears, when in fact payments were made every month. If you try to phone the bank a consultant transfers me but their phone system drops the call after a few minutes. Nedbank please can you contact me and rectify this error ASAP.

I think, whilst i have limited knowledge of the National Credit Regulators Act, that this is a violation of the act?!?
