Nedbank not trustworthy

I didn't know that when I opened a Nedbank account will face so many problems.

On the 7th of this month I made a payment of R180 on my mom's woolworths account, ghe funds went through on my accounts but declined on woolies side. Woolies said if the funds dont reserve I must print out a statement they will sort it out.

On the same day I called Nedbank informing them about the incident and got case number ***, every day I check my balance till date the money hasn't reflected, every week I am calling nedbank. Yesterday I spoke to card division and I released I am never getting my money back, I regret opening this account whole 180 gone just like that, I thought Nedbank was a trustworthy bank and my money was save..

The lady I spoke to in card division Cleary said I must make a statement I am telling her it's not showing she's saying then the money never went through, I am telling her from the time of the incident I have been checking my available balance it has never added that R180 back. My money is gone no one in customer services seems to bother.
