Nedbank NOT taking my money ****en seriously!!

I did an ATM deposit to my Nedbank account as I needed to do an urgent payment and guess what,I got a receipt with error message that the money has been retained and that I should contact Nedbank for further assistance which I did and I was then told that it would take 48 hours for the funds to reflect, WHAT THE ****!!!
