NEDBANK NOT SORTING OUT MY MOM WILL/ ESTATE

My mom passed away in June and still the estate has not even been registered. Reason they are losing original certified copies and no one seems to care. Nedbank is sitting with all my mom's money and my dad cannot do anything about this. So instead of him getting interest on the money he is getting nothing. I have recommended this bank to them and now it seems like this is going to go on forever. My dad will move all his fund as soon as this is cleared and will not make a new will with Nedbank. THis has openend my eyes to the bank will /estate department
