Nedbank not so professional banking

Nedbank professional banking has proved itself to be everything but professional.My Girlfriend recently purchased a new car,but to her surprise the imstallment for the vehicle she traded in still went off of her account. On the 3rd of March she sent an email to a lady called Sonia who handled all her banking needs only to find out that Sonia no longer was her banker, which was followed by a chain of emails between nedbank staff trying to figure out exactly who her new banker was,this was obviously not very professional.it is a week later and she has sent a number of emails as well as tried calling requesting feedback regarding this matter,this seems to be falling on deaf ears as not a single person has rep**** to even a single follow up email.Well done Nedbank professional banking,you have showed how truly professional you are,I have personally advised her to move all of her banking needs to another bank.
