Nedbank not sending money statements

Statements for an investment are no longer being sent to me via email. For years I was receiving the statements, suddenly this stopped. I queried this, they said they did not have my email address, somehow it was not specified in the system. They added it and I was told the issue is resolved.

Not so, the problem persists, I've again requested resolution, they seem unable to fix it, and also ignore my emails and calls. It's been many weeks and the issue has not been resolved.

Definitely, very unprofessional and terrible service.
