Nedbank not returning security lodged for a Loan

Nedbank are holding security (Shares) for a loan on a shareblock property. The loan was paid off in January 2015 and the shares have still not been released (8 April 2015).<br> <br> Numerous phone calls have been made to the Call Centre (useless), Nedbank Bond Cancellations Manager (slightly helpful) and 2 firms of attorneys representing Nedbank. The current firm Barkers claim to have emailed me twice but nothing has come through and they are not at all co-operative!
