Nedbank not returning my Greenbacks after travel *****-up

I booked a flight with my Greenbacks (over R4000) worth. Although the Greenbacks were taken off, the flight was not paid for. When I contacted Nedbank, they said they would transfer the Greenbacks back to me. This was last Wednesday. They said it would be 48 hours and nothing. Today I call and still nothing. I can't even got hold of the agent who dealt with the case.

I've been a customer of Nedbank's for many years now. This is poor form on their part, especially since I worked for years to get these Greenbacks.
