Nedbank not responding

*** When I enquired about the settlement amount for the above bond I was told that I am in arrears even though I made regular monthly payments. I e-mailed Nedbank TWICE about this matter but have not received any reply yet.

In my e-mails I provided the following information: "When I created a repeat payment order on my ABSA account, I mistakenly used the Nedbank account number *** ALSO as the reference number, while the reference number should in fact be ***. As a result my payments have not been allocated to my bond account and are in still in Nedbank's account ***.

To my knowledge the matter has not been fixed and Nedbank indicated that they have handed my account over to their legal department for collection. Unfortunately I cannot attach proof of payment here.
