Nedbank not refunding money accidentally paid into my nedbank personal loan account

I have an account with nedbank and just accidentally transferred my entire salary into my personal loan account.I have tried to call and beg for a refund o ly to be told I have to wait 24 hours for them to refund me.When asking if they'll refund me the full amount and what time, I am not getting a straight answer.From consultant to consultant, I have debit orders and bills that should be paid today.How is this fair?
