Nedbank not recommended

To whom it concerns

I have made two deposit on 18/01/2121 from a Nedbank atm to my Nedbank account at 17h30

The money reflected in my account. In the morning 19/01/21 when i check there was nothing.

Now the bank told me it will reflect only after 24 hours. Serious my money withheld from me even for a direct deposit. On the slip i received from the atm it states that there will be a delay in updating your deposit but funds may be available immediately.

I can't even draw my own money for petrol. Serious Nedbank nowhere you were warned of this deposit rule it was not made public. At any another bank your money is available immediately doesn't matter the time.

When i called the client service they told me there nothing they can do so if this is the standard of Nedbank i will not recommend them at all and in the future, i will definitely not use them for my business. What would have happened if there was an emergency and i needed the money if someone died what then Will Nedbank also said it is not their problem.
