Nedbank - NOT MAKING THINGS HAPPEN

It has been a month since I have app**** for an AMEX credit card (it was originally approved). I have an AMEX CHARGE card and app**** for a CREDIT CARD but Nedbank does not seem to know the difference of their own product. I was advised that the application has passed verification, since the 23/08/2019 no CARD? Should I rather move all my other business from Nedbank to the RED BANK?
