Nedbank not keeping up to their agreement

I'm very traumatized by Nedbank personal loan they sent an SMS to extend my holiday payment of I'm still facing difficulties on my paying my loan as i haven't been called back to work since the lockdown they have cut our salaries at work an SMS was sent to us. Nedbank rep**** back to me to extend on the 15 this month with the cut down salary Nedbank personal loan took and now I'm left with no money to buy food for my family.
