Nedbank not interested in helping with *****

I have been continuously harrassed by nedbank because of a case of ***** where someone opened a nedbank account on my name without my consent and took out a loan. This loan was Organised by a ********* by the name of Tino Govender who was supposed to be a reputable person referred to me by a long known well standing Vehicle salesman that my Husband has known for many years. After reporting the ***** to nedbank I have had no feedback from nebank about how this account was opened. They had promised to give me this information so I can continue with opening a ******** case against this person but I have still not received any information from nedbank other than their rude loans department that harnesses me and tells me that this is not *****. However if I have never had a nedbank account and never app**** for the loan then this is *****! nedbank is obviously not interested in solving this ***** and bringing this Tino Govender to justice. They just care about their money and nobody else.
