Nedbank not honoring to its benefits and promise.

As a loyal need bank client it brings me joy or pleasure to write this review of the experience I have came across. I have banked with Nedbank and I love the bank dearly due to its offers and services. Today all came to a sour ending as I have a savvy bundle account which enables me Airport lounge access. To my surprise I was turned bank and told my card is one of the cards that Nedbank had blocked. So I have been paying for a package and certain benefits I can’t enjoy that were promised to me by the bank. The level of humiliation and disbelief that I had to wait outside while I was with my collgues cause my bank had blocked my card with no notification.
