Nedbank not honoring payment arrangement

Nedbank was amazing with the help during covid, but now they make their own plans and just msg you forcing payment upon yourself

I made a arrangement to pay R2000 on my credit card on the 25th of december

today i get a sms requesting me to make a payment of R4420

what happened to my arrangement?
