Nedbank not giving satisfactory service

Nedbank homeowners insurance is unreliable I informed that I have duo insurance and submitted all the relevant docs for my refund and I still have not received anything and compared to the competitor, the competitor payed out faster hassle free.

Plus my policy was canceled without my consent only when I called was it reinstated. I never submitted a request to have it canceled plus I was under insured but they gave me the homeowners insurance.

Please advise
