Nedbank not giving paid up letter after dilligently paying this account! dont' reccommned them

I'm still waiting for my paid up letter, why does it take other creditors 2 days to give the paid up letter and with Nedbank it's taking over 2 weeks and still no luck... Please all I'm asking is for a letter after paying the account, how is this so difficult????
