Nedbank not delivering

Waiting for 40min to collect a card in Nedbank Knysna. I am still waiting with only 2 tellers assisting people. No teller just for collections and many employees just walking up and down. Frustrating and unnecessary. Nedbank using covid as an excuse for poor service.
