Nedbank not complying with POPI Act

Since the 8th July 2021 when the credit enquiry was made on my profile and reported to nedbank to check out who is conducting credit enquiry on my profile with them(nedbank) as this is against POPI Act but nedbank cannot tell me, what kind of bank is this? People conducting credit enquiries using other people's documents and they allow that. I will never recommend anyone to approach nedbank to have business with them as they are reckless with their customer's confidential information.
