Nedbank not clearing ITC Records

I took out a personal loan and a credit card with Nedbank several years ago. After some difficulty in keeping up with payments, I settled these mid-last year. To this day I struggle with the fact that Nedbank have not cleared the listings on ITC. I cant even rent a flat! All the accounts were settled last year. Please could Nedbank stop holding up other aspects of my life and clear my ITC records as I have paid up.
