Nedbank not caring for their clients especially black people

I am at Nedbank Alberton here to report the ***** that happened to my account. and reactivate my account since the one that was hacked is reported and suspended. And now no one is willing to help me and I need money desparectly from my current account have to drive to Mpumalanga by today for funeral arrangements. I am so stressed and frustrated by this. They are telling me they are preparing to close the branch. I am so stressed.
