Nedbank not capable to handle insurance policies & claims

I have a policy with Nedbank Insurance. I have been struggling for 2 months to be reimbursed for a claim on my policy. After one month I logged a complaint with Nedbank. I have been receiving various excuses as to why my claim could not be loaded and non of them make any sense. I want to be reimbursed immediately for the repairs I ended having to do and pay cash for due to incompetence from Nedbank. I don't advise anyone to take out mechanical repair policies with Nedbank as they are not capable when it comes to Insurance Policy claims & reimbur*****ts. Instead you will be fed stories which are hard to believe, you will NEVER get the promised call back, your reimbur*****t will hang mid air and you will not get feedback
