Nedbank not being transparent regarding insurances charged directly by themselves

Dearest Nedbank, I was given a reference CCM# ********** 9 concerning the unauthorised life cover on my nedbank account. I only received a sms that the insurance was stopped. I have tried to get through to Sanette whom i was referenced to call - nobody knows who Sanette is and i am transferred through the whole of Nedbank looking for Sanette.

I still want to know who authorised the life cover - why is nedbank not transparent about these deductions.
